The kitchen is fully furnished, including a small convection oven and a microwave oven. All the pots and pans, silverware, etc. you need to cook are provided. There is also a nice propane grill on the deck.
There are staple goods such as, salt & pepper, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, cooking oil, etc.There is also microwave popcorn, coffee, some soda pop, peanut butter, trail bars, spices, a variety of cereals, milk and other items. All you need to bring is the food you wish to cook. (You may prefer to bring your own milk.) You can buy groceries at the Safeway or King Soopers (a Kroger company) in Conifer.
Accomodations for six with a new queen bed, a twin bed, a double futon, and a double sofa sleeper. Towels, wash cloths, bed linens, including pillow cases, quilts and blankets are provided for each bed.
There are two TVs with Dish Network Satelite TV with almost all of the movie channels, the Denver local channels, and music stations. There are also two VHS & two DVD players with about 400 movies.
There is a PHONE at the unit with unlimited long distance calling within the US and Canada and a low-cost International calling plan. Verizon seems to have the only cell phone service. T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint & Nextel are known not to have service at the rental.
DSL high-speed INTERNET/Wi-Fi is also available free of charge.
There is an extensive book collection. You may take fiction books home with you if you start them and don't finish them here.
We have a wonderful six person HOT TUB on a large outside deck with a gorgeous mountain view!
The Living Room has a TV/VHS/DVD and a nice "sunken" area with a moss-rock, wood burning fireplace. Firewood is provided free of charge.
There is natural gas forced air heating and electric floor heaters for additional heating if needed.
The water is wonderful and cold as it comes from almost 400 feet underground.
We are smoke free but you may smoke outside. Please be careful and dispose of your cigarettes appropriately.
Sorry, we do not allow pets.
The weather can be cool, so bring a jacket or a sweater for the evenings. We may also have a brief rain storm in the afternoon. (We do have a supply of jackets for anyone who may need to borrow one.)
